Returns/Exchanges (if applicable)

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refund, ONLY exchange or store credit.

We only exchange for size error, defective or damaged. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items can be exchange within 10 days after receiving delivery.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchange. Perishable goods such as supplements, Peak Tab Gift cards, beauty care products, skin care products workshops or digital products.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if item being exchange because of a error cause by you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Wholesale orders that are exchanged or refund base on the owner discretion will be charge a 15% restocking fee.
